WODs 1 and 3 have a 10 minute time cap. If an athlete does not finish within the time cap the remaining reps will be added to their time.

For example: If  athlete 5 does not complete all three rounds on WOD 1 and has 15 reps remaining, their recorded time will be 10:15. The same scoring will apply for WOD 3.

Movement standards:

The Thruster: The athlete must have arms locked out overhead, head through the window, and hips must be open for the rep to count. An athlete can squat clean their first Thruster.

KBS: All kettle bell swings are American swings. Arms must be straight overhead with ears visible. The kettlebell must be straight overhead. An athlete can snatch the kettlebell.

Toes to Bar: Both feet must touch the bar at the same time and must be between the athlete’s grip on the bar. Kipping is allowed. *Scaled* Knee tucks: knees must come above parallel

Deadlifts: shoulders behind the bar with hips full extended. You can add weight during the 5 mins but can not take weight off.

Double Unders: Athletes must have their own rope

Burpees: Athletes will perform a burpee then jump on to a plate. Ladies 25, Men 45 both feet must be on the plate and hips open at the top, otherwise . . . No Rep!

Wall Balls: Hip crease must be pass below parallel and the ball must hit the 10′ mark each time
