All athletes will have to complete

WOD 2
Teams decide how they want to break this one up. Two athletes can work at the same time

WOD 3
7 min AMRAP (females)
6 Power Cleans 135/95
10 Burpees
50 single jump rope

7 min AMRAP (males)
6 Power Cleans 185/135
10 Burpees
50 single jump rope

0-2 min Max Rep OH Squat (female) 95/75
2-4 min Max Rep OH Squat (males) 115/95
4-6 min Max Rep Front Squat (females) 95/75
6-8 min Max Rep Front Squat (males) 115/95
8-10 min Max Rep Shoulder to OH (female) 95/75
10-12 min Max Rep Shoulder to OH (males) 115/95
