One Lift. One WoD. One Cause.
Join the Lift & Love Project, thousands of athletes and hundreds of boxes across America as teams compete in this one of a kind national fundraiser to bring CrossFit to low-income and under-served communities.
Teams of 2 (MM and FF) will perform one Olympic lift complex and grind together in one gnarly WoD.
Each registered athlete will receive a WoD Across America t-shirt, and yes ladies…we have TANKS. Winners in each division will win a prize pack from our sponsors.
The BOX With The Biggest Community Wins!
The affiliate that registers the most teams will be awarded the “WoD Across America” banner which is a customized 4’ x 8’ banner to be hung with pride.
