Barbell relay: for time complete
50 Deadlifts 115/75
50 Push Press 115/75
50 Power Cleans 115/75
50 Front Squats 115/75

-Each team will complete 50 total reps of the following in the order it is written: deadlifts, push press, power clean, front squat.

-Each team will have 2 45# barbells; 2 45#plates; 4 25# plates; 2 15# plates; 2 10#plates and 4 collars.

-Two male partners will work together and two female partners will work together.

-At 3-2-1 go the team will assemble the 2 barbells, 1 barbell must be loaded to #185; the second barbell must be loaded to either #115 or #75, depending on which set of partners will be working through the reps first. #115 is the males weight, #75 is the females weight to complete the movements.

-In order for the team to work through the 50 reps at each station the barbell with #185 must be lifted off the ground; the male partners must hold the barbell on the outside of the weights (the axle); the female partners may hold the weight up inside of the weights (like a traditional deadlift) as long as the #185 barbell is lifted off the ground the other pair of partners if free to work through the 50 reps at each station.

-Every time the #185 barbell is dropped the team must stop working and switch postions. The atheltes are responsible for switching the weight out from #115 to #75 or vice versa when switching partners.

-Once the last front squat is complete the clock will stop. Time cap for this workout is 12 minutes.
