The Garage Girls-Columbia Tour is a competition for ladies only in our 1-year old 10k sq foot box. Divisions: Rx, Scaled, Masters (40+), Athena (185#+). Expect a little pampering - Air-conditioned restrooms with showers for athletes; coolers with water and BANG! and swag bags to rival any big fancy race!

  • Register on/after 4/24 for two chances to win! *

Results will be drawn:

  • Final drawing for everyone registered by midnight on 5/27 for a pair of  Under Armor TriBase Reign Crossfit shoes!
  • Drawing on 5/15 for early registration – Congrats Caroline Phillips (Crossfit Soda City) for winning a pair of OSO barbell collars.  The bar will forever feel lighter when using your own collars!

Scaled: 65, 80, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155 (clean + front squat allowed)

Jump Rope

RX: 10 DU

Scaled: 20 singles
Masters:  10 DU OR 20 singles (must be same throughout ladder)
Athena:  10 DU OR 20 singles (must be same throughout ladder)

Athlete has 45 seconds to complete jump rope and 1 lift. 15 seconds to rotate to nextbar. At failure or finish of ladder, athlete will do as many deadlifts as possible.

Score: Last completed lift. 

Tiebreaker: Number of deadlifts x failed weight.
