10 Min to Find Max Snatch/Max Clean (RX and Scaled)
*Only 1 partner can perform each movement and only one partner can move at a time*
**Score is total max weight combined**
WOD#2:
 
7 Min AMRAP:
5 DeadLifts (155) (Scaled:115)
10 Lateral Burpees
15 Double Unders
*Partners share Deadlift weight and must alternate movements each round, rep scheme may not be shared.
Ex: Round 1: P1=5DL, P2=10 Lateral Burpees, P1= Double Unders
      Round 2: P2=5DL, P1=10 Lateral Burpees, P2= Double Unders Etc…
WOD #3:
“FraniBeth”
Females:
21-15-9
Power Cleans (95)(Scaled:65)
Ring Dips (Scaled: Hand Release Push-Ups)
Males:
21-15-9
Thrusters (95)(Scaled: 65)
Pullups
**Either partner may start WOD but each must complete same rep scheme prior to moving on to next- ONLY ONE PARTNER MAY WORK AT A TIME**
  Ex: Male: 21’s of Fran, Female: 21’s of Elizabeth
        Male: 15’s of Fran, Female: 15’s of Elizabeth
        Male: 9’s of Fran, Female: 9’s of Elizabeth…. DONE!

*Bar starts from floor, can be picked up and dropped as many times as needed in 2 min period*

*Scaled is Hand Release Push Ups instead of HSPUs

WOD #3 (12 Min Cap)
Stack of Plates will be set up by wall 30′ from bars.  Plates are as follows (men 4 stacked 45# plates/Women 4 25# plates) WOD starts with competitors standing on their stack away from a bar loaded already for first movement.

Athlete runs to bar from stack
5 C&J 135/95 (scaled 95/65)
Run back to wall and perform 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
Pick up two plates and carry back to bar and load
5 Clean 225/135 (Scaled 185/115)
Run back to wall and perform 10 Wall Ball (20/14)
Pick up two plates and carry back to bar and load
10 DL 315/185 (scaled 275/165)
Unload two plates and carry back to orginal stack spot
Perform 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
Run back to bar
5 Clean 225/135 (scaled 185/115)
Unload two plates and carry back to original stack spot
Perform 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
Run back to bar
5 C&J 135/96 (scaled 95/65)
Run back to stack of weight and stand on top

Top 4 Individuals in Each Division will compete (RX and Scaled)

Prizes will be awarded to top place finishers in all divisions (RX and Scaled)
