Crossfit X Factor has put together a large TWO day event in the heart of Portland, Oregon! With the amount of competitors they expect for this event, it is one Throwdown in the Northwest you do not want to miss!

Saturday, September 8th

WOD#1-  12 KB swings 1.5/1 pood, shuttle run, 12 handstand push ups (FIVE Rounds)

WOD#2-  Clean and Jerk Ladder

WOD#3-   1K row, 50 wall balls, 100 double unders, 50 wall  balls, 1K row (14/20)

Modified WODs for Saturday, September 8th

Team WODs will be based off of individual WODs. Each team will need to
choose whether they will be RX or modified. Both members will need to
do RX weight to be considered RX.
