Come and join Crossfit 45 North and the Garage Games for the Spring Showdown in Hillsboro, OR. This is a two day competition with 120 total athletes. 30/30 men & woman scaled and 30/30 men and women RX. April 13-14th with a 4 WOD guarantee. We will have vendors, food and most importantly competition!! Hope you can all join in the fun!
