1. Top 70% from each scaled division on the 2022 National Leaderboard will be invited to participate (5 or less – all invited).
2. 2 day Championship- 4 WODs.
3. WODS 1 & 2 will be due Friday 01/06 8:00 pm CST
4. WODs 3 & 4 will be due Saturday 01/07 8:00 pm CST

POSSIBLE MOVEMENTS FOR MASTER OF THE MASTERS 2022 SCALED CHAMPIONSHIP:


1. DEADLIFT- Start every rep with the barbell on the ground.  Hands must be outside the knees. Sumo deadlifts are not allowed. Arms must be straight throughout. No bouncing off the ground. The rep is credited when the hips and knees reach full extension and the head and shoulders are behind the bar. Collars must be placed outside the plates.

2. CLEAN - The barbell begins on the ground. No bouncing off the ground. The barbell must come up to the shoulders, with the hips and knees fully extended and the elbows clearly in front of the bar. 

3. S2OH- Barbell starts at shoulder. Rep is credited  when full extension is reached at the top of the rep, knees fully locked out with barbell over the ears or behind. Strict press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk is allowed. Feet must come back together with barbell overhead if using a split jerk.

4. SINGLE UNDERS - Rope must clearly pass under the feet once with one jump. 

5. ALT DB SNATCH - The athlete starts with the  barbell on the ground. The athlete must lift the dumbbell overhead in one motion. At the top, the athlete’s arms, hips, and knees must be fully locked out, with the dumbbell clearly over the middle of their body when viewed from profile. The rep is credited when the athlete reaches lockout. All reps are alternating arms. Both heads of the DB must touch the ground with each rep.

6. DB GOBLET SQUAT - Athlete can hold the dumbbell any way but it must not be touching the body. Hip crease must clearly be below parallel in the bottom of the squat. The rep is credited when the athlete returns to standing position with hips and knees fully locked out.

7. THRUSTERS- Barbell starts on the ground. A squat clean is permitted for the 1st rep. The barbell must go overhead in one full motion, no clean and jerk allowed. Hip crease must clearly be below parallel in the bottom of the squat. Rep is credited when the athletes hips and knees are fully locked out with the barbell over the ears or behind.

8. LATERAL BAR BURPEES - The burpee must be performed laterally next to the barbell. The athlete jumps or steps back to lie on the ground. The chest and thighs must touch the ground at the bottom.. From this position, the athlete can step or jump to their feet. Athlete may step over or jump over bar. Rep is credited when both feet land on the opposite side of the bar.

9. JUMPING C2B PULL UP/JUMPING PULL UP Bar must be minimum 6 inches above top of the head. Full extension of the arms must be apparent at the bottom of every rep. Rep is credited when chest clearly touches the bar (C2B) or the chin clearly breaks the plane of the bar (Pull-Ups) at the top of the rep. 

10. DOUBLE DB OH WALK- The athlete starts with both dumbbells locked at full extension overhead. The athlete then walks the required distance with both dumbbells locked out overhead. Each 5 foot distance = 1 rep. 

11. DOUBLE DB CLEAN- Both dumbbells start on the ground. The dumbbells are brought to the shoulders with hips and knees clearly locked out and elbows in front of the dumbbells. 1 head of each dumbbell must clearly touch the ground before each rep.

12. DOUBLE DB S2OH- Both Dumbbells start at the shoulder. Rep is credited  when full extension is reached at the top of the rep, knees fully locked out with the dumbbells over the ears or behind. Strict press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk is allowed. Feet must come back together with dumbbells overhead if using a split jerk.

13. DOUBLE DB BOX STEP OVERS - Full extension at the top of the box is not required. Step overs must have 2 feet on top of the box. Dumbbells can be held at side or on shoulders. Rep is credited when both feet land on the opposite side of the box.
