Jump Rope

RX: 10 DU

Scaled: 20 singles
Masters:  10 DU OR 20 singles (must be same throughout ladder)

Athlete has 45 seconds to complete jump rope and 1 lift. 15 seconds to rotate to nextbar. At failure or finish of ladder, athlete will do as many deadlifts as possible.
