12 C2B/chin over bar – Ring rows
**One athlete working at a time, both do all movements
WOD 2 – Clean Complex (7 minutes to establish a 1RM)
1 Power clean, 1 hang squat clean, 1 full clean
**One athlete working at a time. Hands cannot come off the bar. All must do 15 air squats before performing lift. Score = weight combined
WOD 3 – “Hold n’ Snatch” (8 minutes time cap)
100 Snatches for time 115/75 – 85/55
**One athlete works while the other holds a handstand on the wall, feet on box for scaled
WOD 4 – “Let it Burn” (10 minutes AMRAP)
10 Front squats 185/135 – 135/95
15 Box jumps 24/20 – same with step ups allowed
20 Burpees
**Athletes split the work load however they want, with one working at a time. Barbell may not touch the ground until all front squats are complete. 5 Air squat penalty.
Top five teams do a 5th WOD, announced at the finals.
