4th WOD Announcement: Seven and 7
Two 7 minute AMRAP’s: These two WOD’s will go be performed simultaneously — at the end of 7 minutes, there will be a 3 minutes rest / rotation, for partners to rotate to opposite WOD — at son as the 3 minutes is up, the next 7 minute AMRAP will begin
AMRAP 7 : Partners A & B
10 Ground to Overhead 135/95 (RX) 105/65 (SC)
50 meter partner carry
(split the reps any way you wish — however the partner that starts the partner carry must complete the full 50m)
AMRAP 7 : Partners C & D
10 KB Swings 70/53 (RX) 53/35 (SC)
5 Pull-ups (RX) Toes to Bar OR Knees to Elbow (SC)
(partners must alternate after completed rounds — no partial rounds)
