Everyone will compete in 3 WOD’s the top 5 Individuals and top 3 teams will compete in a 4th Championship WOD. The Championship WOD will be announced during the morning competitors briefing each day respectively.

TEAM WODS:
WOD 1:
Mix & Match.....Clean & Snatch
Teams will have 12 minutes to establish a team total (in weight) by way of each team member establishing a 1rm lift.
There will be 1 barbell per team (Co-Eds will have two, a 20kg and 15kg) with one athlete working at a time, each athlete will have 3 minutes to establish their part of the team total with the following order…..
Athlete 1- Power Snatch
Athlete 2- Squat Snatch
Athlete 3- Power Clean
Athlete 4- Squat Clean
*Scaled Teams may choose to power or full clean and snatch 2 athletes will clean the other 2 athletes will snatch.
WOD 2:
“The Open is coming”
For time. 2 Team members will complete Open workout 17.1
Once complete they will tag in/out with the other 2 team members who will complete Open workout 17.5.

10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches

RX’d: 9 thrusters, 95/65 lb.
RX’d: 35double-unders
Scaled: 9 thrusters, 75/55lb.
Scaled: 70 single-unders
*The two athletes may break the work up however they wish
*The same two athletes must be used to complete which ever portion they choose to do
*The two team members doing 17.5 may not begin until the other 2 team members have completed 17.1 and a hand to hand tag has been made by both pair
WOD 3:
“Team Rowling Stones”
10 minute AMRAP

As many Atlas Stone Front Squats as possible
RX’d Loads: 115/95#
Scaled: 95/75#
*Teams will be working in pairs of two while one athlete rows the required number of calories the other athlete will be completing as many reps as possible of Atlas Stone Front Squats
*The teams score will be the total numbers for BOTH pairs
* Each 4 person team will have 2 rowers, and 2 Atlas Stones

INDIVIDUAL WODS:
