Back again for the 2nd year!!Who is going to win TOP BOX?“Battle of the Boxes” is an individual (Saturday) and team (Sunday) competition that lets each athlete represent their box.  Teams MUST be 2 person, same sex. We will have gold, silver, and bronze winners in both individual and team sections. Every competitor has a chance to add points to their box’s over all score.  The TOP BOX** will receive a flag to display in their gym stating that they are the 2013 MISSISSIPPI BATTLE OF THE BOXES CHAMPIONS!**Please note that each person competing for the title must be a LEGITIMATE member of their box (no exceptions)**

Run 400 meters with 45/25 plate

Each athlete has to do half the reps and all of the run.  While one athlete is doing work the other athlete will be doing active rest of push-ups or sit-ups. You can break the reps up in whatever groups you want as long as each athlete does half the reps.

Athlete (1) bench press
Athlete (2) snatch

(B) 10 minute AMRAP
1) 12 toes to bar
2) 12 kettlebell sumo high pull deadlift 53/35 35/26
1) front squats 95/65 65/45
2) 12 burpees
1) 20 double unders
2) 12 pull-ups

Athletes rotate exercises each round

For time:

50 pull-ups
50 buddy wall ball shots 20/14/ 14/12
5o fireman carry squats
100 double unders

You can break these numbers up however you want as long as only one athlete is working at a time.
