The Hotel is located right across Veterans Blvd/Smithdale Rd from CrossFit McComb.

The individual divisions will be Female Scaled, Female RX, Male Scaled, and Male RX. The team divisions will be Female Team Scaled, Female Team RX, Coed Team Scaled, Coed Team RX, Male Team Scaled, and Male Team RX. If there are not enough teams registered in a division, we reserve the right to combine divisions. If that occurs, there will be a 1.5 lb multiplier for the female teams in the strength WOD. Ex: 150 lb squat = 225 score.

*Each athlete will have 3 attempts in a 6 minute window to execute 3 successful lifts on the deadlift, shoulder press, and squat. All shoulder press, for both men & women, will be performed with a 15KG bar; all deadlifts and back squats, for both men & women, will be performed using a 20KG bar.
Score is the cumulative weight lifted

Must alternate lifts with partner. A successful attempt must be completed in order to switch, or take a 0 as a score on the movement.

*Each athlete will have 3 attempts to execute 3 successful lifts on the Squat, shoulder press, and Deadlift. All shoulder press, for both men & women, will be performed with a 15KG bar; all deadlifts and back squats, for both men & women, will be performed using a 20KG bar. The team will have a six minute window for each lift.
