Omaha, NE - December 28th

As we are preparing for Battle in the Bluff this February, we want you to be prepared for the greatest Winter event in the Mid-West

Location: Vise Downtown, 819 S 7th Street, Omaha, NE 68108Date: Saturday, December 28th, 2013 (most of day)

Divisions: Rx Male, Rx Female, Rx team of 2 (any mix), Scaled team of 2 (any mix)

What: Guaranteed 3 workouts

Standards: those same standards being used for The Battle in the Bluffs (can be found at: http://thebattleinthebluffs.blogspot.com/p/movement-standards.html)

Cost: $25 for individuals, $45 for teams
