**We have modified some of the workouts to hopefully make them more appealing to a broader range of competitors, but also maintain their challenging nature. We’ve also extended out early and regular registrations due to some delays in getting out advertising.
Individual competition will be on 26 September with male and female, Rx, Scaled, and Beginners divisions. The WODs will be:
Rx & Scaled: 5 Minutes to establish 1RM of Snatch (3 attempt limit)*
*Rx & Scaled Athletes can earn extra points for tie-breaker by doing max rep overhead squats on last attempt.

**The standard for RX push-ups will be the athletes must maintain a rigid plank position through out movement to so that in the down position, his/her thighs and hips are not touching the ground, however chest/torso must. For SCALED, it will be standard hand-release push-ups with toes touching on the floor at all times.

*One team member does 4, another does does 3, the third does 2, and fourth does 1. Rope climbs can be done in any order and broken up however the team chooses within the constraints previously listed. Teams members are responsible for ensuring they inform the judges which number each will complete. Athletes cannot drop from the rope until their top hand reaches the 8’ mark, which will be marked with tape.
**Each team will have two bars set up (one male and one female weight). One male and one female athlete per team will work at the same time, reps can be broken up as desired (e.g. one male/female team member does 5 reps and then the other male/female team member does 5 reps, etc.), but each team member must complete 25 reps. Once a set (either both males or both females) completes all their shoulder-to-overhead reps, that set can move on to the rope climbs.
