WOD #1: Syncing with the Fishes:
10 Min AMRAP – 2 partners work at a time (you choose, can be MM/FF or MF/MF)

10 synchronized pull ups
25 feet of synchronized walking lunges with 3 kettlebells: 2 weighing 16 kilos and 1 weighing 24 kilos. (Partners must hold one KB with their outside hand, and share the load of one KB with both their inside hands, holding it for the duration of the walk)
10 synchronized power cleans (115/75)
25 feet of synchronized walking lunges with 3 kettlebells (same rules apply)
they then tag partners C/D who will perform:
10 synchronized Toes to Bar
25 feet of synchronized walking lunges with 3 Kettlebells
10 synchronized overhead squats (115/75)
25 feet of synchronized walking lunges with 3 kettlebells

WOD #2 Announcement: “The Racket”
Each athlete must complete one of the following lifts:
One person will do a Squat Snatch
One person will do a Thruster (from a rack)
One person will do a Split Jerk (from a rack)
One person will do a Deadlift
Any team member can do any lift. Only one person per movement. Everyone must do one.
Your team can do the lifts in any order.
Team members can help move weights/load the bar.
Once a lift has been completed and another team member has begun the next lift, you cannot go back to the first movement.
**The total weight on the bar can never decrease once it’s been loaded.**
You will have 8 minutes.
You can break up the time however your team decides.
Your score is the total weight from all 4 lifts combined.
