The Garage Games, along with our friends at CrossFit Russellville (AR) are proud to announce that the RussVegas Showdown is coming your way this fall! This will be a two-person (M/M or F/F) partner competition with both Scaled and Rx divisions.

And the WOD’s are:

Event 1-Sprint and Clean
6 RFT
50m sandbag carry (RX 100/80, Scaled 80/60)
10 power cleans (rx 155/105, Scaled 115/75)
Alternate rounds
*8 minute time cap

Event 2-the Chipper
For time
120 wall balls (rx 20/14, scaled 14/10)
100 Kettlebell swings (rx 70/53, scaled 53/35)
80 burpees (onto a plate)
60 ring dips (scaled ring rows)
40 thrusters (rx 115/75, scaled 75/55)
2 mile bike sprint
*you will run to the start line and tag out with your partner to begin yourreps each time. You can tag out as needed. 
*25 minute time cap

Event 3-Loaded
Overhead squats. Total load moved in 10 minutes 
One partner must be in a static Deadlift hold (locked out) before the otherteammate can perform overhead squats. Deadlift weight rx 315/215, scaled215/135
Score is Weight times Reps of overhead squats.

Event 4-to the max
For max reps (RX)
4 minutes rope climbs 
2 minutes per athlete. You will tag out at the 2 minute mark.

For max distance (scaled)
6 minutes rowing. 
3 minutes per athletes. You will tag out at the 3 minute mark.

Event 5-the rotation
10 minute AMRAP
10 Burpee box overs (scaled box overs)
30 double unders (scaled 20 double unders or 40 singles)
5 sumo Deadlift high pulls (RX 135/95, Scaled 95/65)
*you will alternate movements with your partner
