Intermediate: Knees to Tricep
Beginner: Knee Raises to Parallel
1 minute transition between WODs

RX and Intermediate: Both partners find max Overhead Squat in 5 minutes.
Beginners: In 2 minutes, both partners find max front squat reps at 55#.
*Bar must come from the ground for all divisions.
