Constantly varied? All competition workouts are sprints? Let's try something different! This will be a 60 minute AMRAP. Like any AMRAP you will do as much work as possible in the time allotted. Take as many breaks as needed. Our suggestion, REST LATER! There will be a mix of male, female scaled and RX slots in each heat. Sign up together and do it as a group pushing each other, or space yourselves out to cheer one another on during the longer style workout!

60 minute AMRAP:

30 double unders (90 singles)

10 toes to bar (Straight leg sit-ups)

15 wall ball shots (Rx: 20/14, Scaled: 14/12)

10 pull-ups (30 jumping)

15 box jumps 24/20 (step-ups)

10 thrusters 95/65 (65/45)

15 kettlebell swings 53/35 (35/26)
