This will be a 60 minute AMRAP.
Like any AMRAP you will do as much work as possible in the time allotted. Take as many breaks as needed. Our suggestion, REST LATER!
There will be a mix of male, female scaled and RX slots in each heat. Sign up together and do it as a group pushing each other, or space yourselves out to cheer one another on during the longer style workout!
