The Firebreather Rewind, the FINAL Garage Games Southeast event of the 2011 Series. This is a one day event on Sunday December 4th held at the Mobile Convention Center. Complete a heat of The Firebreather Challenge on Friday or Saturday, watch some USAW lifting, then get your competition on! This is designed to be a Two WOD event, with the potential to have up to three parts per WOD.
Open to both RX and Scaled competitors. There are no teams and no beginner or master divisions for this event.
RX Competitors, be used to the old school 135/95# overhead weight, 275/200# DL for reps, and all the other skills you would expect!
Scaled Competitors, 115/75# overhead and 225/155# DL for reps, and just like the RX, be able to do the other stuff, though you won’t be asked to do muscle ups or HSPU’s in this category for this event.
