DISCOUNT HOTEL INFORMATION:

The LaQuinta Inn in Conway is offering discounted rates for anyone who books a room between the dates of 9/20-9/22! The rate for either a KING or 2 QUEEN room will be $77.00/night when you mention that you’re competing at CrossFit Conway’s Natural State Throwdown.

PLEASE NOTE:  ALL MOVEMENTS ARE POSTED UNDER OUR NEWS TAB!  Please read through that information to ensure you understand what will be expected of you based on the division you registered for.

Event Day Information:

The Natural State Throwdown will be held at Hendrix College**  (1600 Washington Ave Conway, AR 72032). The doors will open at 7am for athlete registration and 8am for spectators. The event is set to kick off at 9am.

Parking will be across Harkrider Street from the main Hendrix entrance. Signage will be posted. After parking, individuals will walk through the tunnel under the street toward the main Hendrix entrance.

Spectators:

Spectator passes will be $5 (cash only) for individuals 13 and older. 12 and under free.  Spectator passes will allow access for viewing all events and will give access to all vendor booths.

*Hendrix will be running a rock wall as a separate expense.

Athlete Advance Packet Pickup:

Athletes will have the option of picking up all competition day materials the night of September 20^th at Pitza 42 (2235 Dave Ward Dr Conway AR 72034) from 6-9pm. Pitza 42 will be hosting a patio party with discounts on all food. This is a great opportunity to hang with others in the CrossFit community.

 **In the case of inclement weather all events will be held at CrossFit Conway (1195 S Harkrider). CrossFit Conway reserves the right to change or modify any event for any reason. Spectator viewing will be limited at CrossFit Conway.

The Garage Games is coming to Arkansas!!  Brought to you by CrossFit Conway, we invite you to join us for a one-day individual competition featuring RX and Scaled divisions for both men and women.  This event promises to be packed with challenging WODs that are sure to test your wit and will.  WODs will be announced prior to the event but you need to be prepared for the unknown because you never know what will be thrown at you as you fight your way to the top at the Natural State Throwdown!  Space is limited so don’t delay!!
