
OK Athletes! CrossFit SolaFide is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Seasons Beatings event! Being October is the month of Cancer Awareness, this year all our proceeds will be donated to St. Jude!

STONING CANCER
(YES, WE WILL BE TAKING YOU TO THE FIELD)
THIS WOD WILL BE RELEASED THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 26TH
INDIVIDUAL EVENTS #2
4 Min to find your 2Rep Max Snatch.
~ First rep from the ground (Athlete may: Squat, Split, or Power Snatch)
~ Second Rep from the Hang (Athlete may: Squat, Split or Power)
The barbell may NOT touch the ground between the two reps! Athlete must complete each rep by finishing in the “power” stance and show CONTROL of the barbell! Once both reps have been completed, the athlete may drop the barbell and increase weight if they wish.
REST 1MIN THEN
Max Effort Pull Ups.
Once an athlete comes off the bar, they are finished.

200M run
6 Snatches (Squat, split, Power)
6 Overhead Squats
Male #1 and Female#1 will be running 200M while Male# 2 and Female #2 are completing 6 snatches and 6 OHS (in total)
The athletes will switch once the 200m is complete and ALL the reps are finished. Athletes can not finish until the full round is complete.
Teams want to complete As Many Rounds As Possible in the 8Min, each round is worth 13reps
200m run= 1 (both runners must be finished with the run for the rep to count)
Snatches= 6
OHS= 6
RX: (135/95)
Scaled: (95/65)
The two athletes on the bar must complete 6 snatches and 6 OHS split however they want between the two of them. This will make it a total of 12 Reps (snatches + OHS)
EVENT#3 TEAMS
This Wod will be scored a little different than the other two. Between your team, you must decide which two athletes will be “ATHLETE A” and which two will be “ATHLETE B.” During the Wod, Only ATHLETE A can split up and complete MOVEMENTS A anyway way they see fit. Only ATHLETE B can split up and complete MOVEMENTS B anyway way they see fit. We have decided to save those hands from C2B Pulls up for a little fun outside!
During this wod, Athlete As and Athlete Bs will start on the first A Movement and first B Movement. Only ONE Athlete A and ONE Athlete B may be working at a time. Athletes can NOT move onto their next movement until Both A’s and B’s have finished their 50 Reps. The reps may be split up as needed. Each team will have 2 Judges (Judge A and Judge B)
