
The Garage Games Series is proud to present the 1st Annual “Raising The Bar” competition brought to you by CrossFit Flowood! This competition will be a two day event with individuals competing on Saturday and teams of 2 competing on Sunday. Teams must consist of 2 males or 2 females – no mixed-gender teams! Get ready to test your fitness level whether as an individual or as a team among athletes from all over the South Central Region. This weekend-long event promises to be packed full of challenging WOD’s, tests of will and true grit. We invite you and all your friends to come out to CrossFit Flowood and RAISE THE BAR!
