CrossFit Good Vibes is once again, looking forward to letting the Good WOD’s Roll!!! This event will be a 2 Day, Individual and 4 Athlete Team Competition.nIndividuals will compete Saturday and Teams on Sunday. Both Individuals and Teams will Battle their way through 4 WOD’s to shoot for the top spot on the podium and be crowned the Top WOD N’ Roller!!!nnWe will running an overall Affiliate Point Standing Leader Board in Which the Top 3 Affiliates will receive custom Banners to hang in their Boxes.

“C & C” A.K.A Complex & Cals

1A.
Teams will have12 Minutes to Establish a Team Total 1RM of the following complex….

RX: Snatch from the ground- Snatch from the hang postion- 2Rep Overhead Squat

SCALED: Clean from the ground-Clean from the hang position-2 Rep shoulder to Overhead

* 1 Bar per Team(Co-Eds will be given 2 bars 1 20kg, 1 15kg…only one athlete will be permitted to work at a time.

1B.
Over the 12 Minutes(with one athlete working at a time) teams will row (accumulated) as many calories as posible.
* 1 Rower per team

WOD 2 “Murph Fun Without the Run”

*Tag in, tag out area/system will be utilized.

*Scaled athletes will be permitted to do jumping pullups @ a 2:1ratio

*Scaled Team will be allowed to partition the wod rep scheme anyway, with one athlete working at a time.

*All athletes on the team DO NOT have to execute each movement……if a team member cannot do Bar M.U. other team members can do them

WOD will be announced before the intermission during the kids WOD/competition.
