Third Annual Seasons Beatings is returning to Clarksville. This Year we are keeping our charity local and donating ALL proceeds to Mana Cafe!

CrossFit SolaFide would like to invite you to partner with us for the 3nd annual Seasons Beatings competition on October 11th and 12th. This year’s Seasons Beatings to Feed the Need profits will benefit Manna Café Ministries, www.mannacafeminitries.com, who seek to “creatively and compassionately restore hope and dignity to the impoverished through the vehicles of food, shelter, and community.”STANDARDS: Remember not all movements will be programmed. Weights are based off multiple reps. Higher weight may be programmed for max weight events. Team workouts will be split differently, not all athlete will have to complete all programmed movements.Individuals:
