WOD 1
Part 1
Each team is given 2 bars and a predetermined set of weights that will allow
them to make up a large number of varying poundage’s.
We set a clock for 5 minutes, and each of the teammates
gets 1 opportunity to snatch the weight of their choosing each
minute. If they make the lift then they get whatever the weight was
in lbs as their score for that minute. Each team member performs 1
and only 1 lift each minute and each member that successfully completes the
lift receives a score equal to the load. If they miss the lift then the score for that
minute is 0. At the end of the 5 minutes you add all of the successful lifts together.
Part 2
Same as part 1 except this time you clean & Jerk the weight
Part 3
10 minute row for distance – partners may alternate as many times as they like
The total score of the event is the total weight lifted in each lift + the total distance in meters rowed.
WOD 2
200 DU’s – Alternate every 50 DU – Scaled 600 single unders
100 sit-ups
80 alternating box jumps
60 Pull-ups
40 Partner Wall ball throws over rope
20 Lateral Burpee Leap Frogs over your partner
100m Partner Wheel Barrel – Alternate at 50m
WOD 3 – Partners Alternate each round

5 Deadlifts 315/185 Scaled 225/135
