Run 1600 meters (or a similar distance based on what we could map out)
3 minutes to find Dead Lift max
(WOD 3 is a combination of the 2 maxes. You would find a winner for each max like it was it’s own WOD and then combine the 2 scores to find a winner for the workout. WOD 4 is the run.)
