This is in no particular order (and these are subject to change) -

WOD 1: Every member will perform 5 rounds of 5 deadlifts and 10 burpees in this order: female 1 – 135#, then carry the bar and weight to the next station, female 2 – 185#, carry to next station, male 1 – 275#, carry to next station, male 2 – 305#, then strip the barbell appropriately at each station with all members touching the barbell at station 1 for completion.

WOD 2: Five stations, 3 mins of work per station (2 people at a time), 1 min rest between stations. AMRAP Total
Stone Shouldering - 115#/70# (DL for scaled), Weight Vest Box Jumps – 20#/10# – 24″, Clean to Front Squats (the font squat reps count, but the weight must come from the ground for the first squat in any series, no passing back and forth from rack position) – 155#/115#, Push Press (can pass the barbell in the rack position) – 95#/62#, Row – Calories

WOD 3: Six stations across the property.  The entire WOD will be completed with weight vests on (20#/10#).  You will run one lap around the property (1200M) then at station one perform 200 push-ups with 2 people working at a time. Run to the next station (2) and move some form of weight (sandbags, plates, landscaping material) from position A to position B.  Run to next station (3) and perform jump over burpees where three team members will lie down the forth will burpee and then jump over the three members and lie down, the front teammate will get up and jump over and lie down, continuing this until they have moved all members over position B (distance to be determined).  Run to the next station (4) and work as a team to have all members scale a retaining wall and overcome a fence (teams who are neck and neck will RACE to this point, as only one team will be allowed up at a time, and all other teams will be held until it is their turn).  Run to the next station (5) and perform 150 pull-ups.  Run to station 2 and move all weight back to position A from position B, time is called when all teams are touching the pile of weight at that position.

WOD 4:  11PM Bonus WOD – all sorts of crazy stuff in this one, partner carry’s, clean and jerks in the night air, running through the fields.  HEADLAMPS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS FOR THIS WOD
