Hey! We are getting ready for Us VS Them. As you might be aware, there are substitutions that will be announced (jumping pull-ups, knee push-ups) as well as scaling in the weighted work.
If you are expecting to need to SCALE the WOD, then we would like you to let us know ahead of time. We will be making heats based on that information.
