The WOD – Competition Day 201216
Posted In Front Page,The Battle For The Island,The Vermonster CrossFit Challenge
Inov-8 will be giving shoes, and Progenex (use code GG10 for 10% off) will be giving $100, The Garage Games Merchandise Store will be giving credit, and 5 men and 5 women will emerge on the top of all other RX competitors in ONE WOD between two Northeast competitions.

The score that we will utilize is the total of this entire WOD, though your comp might score you independently for each component.
