WOD 3: “Equal Rights”
15 Minute Time Cap:
Rx: Buy-In (Teams choose): 15 Bar Muscle-Ups, 45 CTB Pull-ups OR 60 Pull-ups THEN with 1 bar: 15 reps @ 95# (Thrusters for guys or Front Squats for girls) 15 T2B, 15 reps @115# (Thrusters for guys or Front Squats for girls) 15 reps T2B, 15 reps @135# (Thrusters for guys or Front Squats for girls) 15 T2B Then: 50 Alternating Box Jumps (24’), 800m Run with a 40# vest (One person wears vest) ** Teams my partition reps however they want throughout the duration of the workout.

WOD 2: “Jack & Diane”
With a 10 Minute Running Clock: Complete 5 Rounds of: 5 Deadlifts (315/185 RX and 225/135 Scaled), 10 Handstand Push-Ups (15 Hand Release Push-ups for Scaled) and in the remaining time, row for calories. There will be 1 bar per team. Only 1 athlete can complete a round at a time. You can switch partners as much as you like, but both male and female must complete at least 1 round. Example: The male can do a round, The female can do a round and you can split the 3 remaining rounds as you see fit but you CANNOT switch partners mid-round. Feet must touch the wall at the top of the HSPU. HSPU’s are to ONE abmat, no deficit. You can switch partners as much as you like for the calorie row. This is a 2 -score workout. You will receive a time score for completing the WOD and a score for the total number of calories rowed.
WOD 1: “7 MINUTES IN HEAVEN”
Couples will have 7 minutes to find a max in the following complexes: 1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 OHS and then 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Jerk. Male will do one complex, Female will do the other. You MUST choose which partner will do what complex before the clock starts. There will be ONE bar. Power/squat snatch/cleans are acceptable as well as power/split jerks.
