World Wide WOD Global Aftermath is the post games competition for everyone. This one day competition, held anywhere in the world, is open to people of all ages (min. 7 yrs) and abilities. A great box community builder, WWW Global Aftermath will bring your folks together, build camaraderie and provide an opportunity to measure their skills with the world.

To honor the firefighters who have given their lives on 9/11/2001 and more recently in the wildfires, we are donating a portion of the proceeds to The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF). NFFF provides resources and assistance to families and children of firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty. The organiztion also works within the fire service community to reduce firefighter deaths and injuries.

How to Submit Scores

This applies only to people in the “There is not a box near me” category. If you are competing at a registered host box, then your host will enter your scores for you. You must compete in front of a qualified judge and document your scores on the official WWW Global Aftermath 2018 scorecards (found at link above). After completing all 3 workouts, scan your scorecards and email them to games@thegaragegames.com. All entries must be received by midnight PST on September 8, 2018.

  1. A qualified judge is someone who understands proper range of motion for crossfit movements and will “no-rep” you if needed.
  2. Prefer scans in .PDF format. If you take a picture, the whole scoresheet must be visible and readable.
  3. Scores must be submitted on our WWW score sheets and your judge’s name must appear legibly on the the sheet. Paper napkins and tp are not accepted.
  4. Get your scores in on time! Late entries will not be accepted.

There is a $50 fee to register your box which is refunded if you have 10 or more athletes register at your location. We share revenue with hosts, provide marketing via social media, and marketing materials. Shirts are provided to all athletes who register before the shirt cut off. Medals are provided for the top three placements (male and female) in each division registered.

The World Wide WOD Global Aftermath is a great community builder for your gym. This all inclusive competition has divisions for all ages (minimum age is 7 yrs.), skills, and abilities. Terrific for first time competitors and building excitement in your gym in the new year!
