
Us VS Them - Heroes and Villains
Woodstock GA - November 8th
This year is the third year of US VS. THEM - We are putting a twist on it this year with the new theme, HEROES and VILLAINS! You get to decide which side you are on!!
Max Deadlift (1 Rep Max) – 3 minutes (Female Only)
Max Shoulder to Overhead (1 Rep Max) – 3 minutes (Male Only)
Max Calorie Row – 3 minutes (Female Only)
Max Double Unders – 3 minutes (Male Only)
* Each team member must participate
* Each event is scored individually
Stone shoulder + Stone Squat + Relay
Each athlete will shoulder a stone 115#/65# (Rx) and run to multiple intervals and return with the stone.
At each interval, the athlete will stop and squat the stone a succession of reps – ie. 5, 10, 15 and then return and pass the stone to the next team mate (or tag a female)* Any order – you decide!
* The entire team must past a final checkpoint to finish
DT-style complex, Goblet Squat box-overs, Burpee/Kettlebell Swings
- Chipper style WOD executed in pairs
- The females will work together and the males with work together through the chipper
- Each pair will do the same amount of reps at each station
- The pairs can split the work however they like
- One pair will begin at the first station and the second pair will follow behind only when the first pair has completed the station
- When the third station is completed by the first pair, they will wait until the second pair is complete before they will all run as a team the final 400m
- To finish, the two pairs will partner carry their respective kettlebells 400m to finish
