These Go To 11

Last year CrossFit Dahlonega brought you “The 10”, this year they are taking it one WOD further with 11! The programming f The 10 was awesome! Ten short test of your met-con, turned into an overall test of your recovery.

This year will take you to a new level of fatigue, while still giving you ample rest to secure your absolute best performance! As always, you do not want to miss this awesome event. CF Dahlonega does it right!

The event will be located at CF Dahlonega, and it includes a t-shirt.  What is really cool, is that you can tackle this comp as an individual, or as a team… either XX, XY, or YY!  Yes, you can register the same two people from X’s and Y’s for These Go to 11!!

RX, Scaled and Masters (40+) for individuals, and RX – XX, XY, YY for teams.  If you are competing in RX teams, you will have the ability to tackle the tasks with good movement skills, even if you don’t have “above average” strength.  More to come on that soon!

DISCOUNT AVAILABLE

There is a total discount of $20 to any team/individual who signs up for X’s and Y’s and These Go To 11

It is a total of $20, you can figure out how to split it up if you sign up for both as a team.  If a team signs up for X’s and Y’s, and only one of those members signs up for 11 as an individual, or with another person team – that individual will be awarded the discount.  If both sign up as individuals at 11, then we will contact you to determine who receives the discount.

The discount will be a paypal REFUND after These Go To 11.  We will cross-reference both registrations, and refund $20 total.
