Toronto Waterfront – What to do?
The Sweat RX Garage Games CAN/AM Championship is headed for a whole new place in friendly, pride building competition. This Championship event will pay out $23,000 in prize money.
PRO Division $5,000 each top male and female
$1,000 each to second and third place male and female
RX Elite Division
$2,000 to the top male and female
CAN/AM Six Person Team
$5,000 to the top team
In addition – top team will receive a magnificent trophy to display in their box
Top Three teams will receive “Rafter Banners” to display hanging in your box
The division classifications and competition schedule are as follows.
PRO – Must have been an individual in a 2014 CrossFit Regional Qualifier or compete in the ONLINE QUALIFIER, or have WON a Garage Games or Sweat RX Event since 08/01/2013
Two Days of Competition Friday the 8th of August and Saturday the 9th
RX Elite – open to any competitor, expect anything that might show up in a CrossFit Regional Competition, competing on August 8th, Friday
Masters Division – RX Level Masters Competitors, slightly reduced loads and skills, competing on August 8th, Friday
Individual Recreation – You like CrossFit to keep you fit, and would prefer this to a local 5k. This level is made for everybody to have fun. Competing on August 8th, Friday
CAN-AM Teams – this is the SIX person (3 men, 3 women) team division. This an RX Level of competition. The skills will be typical RX. Double Unders, Muscle Ups, Squat Snatch. Loads and limits will allow a team with strengths and weaknesses to succeed by dividing work wisely. Competing on Saturday, August 9th
Recreation Teams – Teams of SIX (3 men and 3 women) who will work to accomplish tasks, but without the skills and strength of the CAN-AM Teams. Competing on Saturday August 9th
Friday – Check in at 10:00am until 11:30am. Competition Starts at Noon on Friday for those listed above. Heats will be posted 5 days prior to the event. Competition will continue to 8pm.
Saturday – Check in at 7am until 8am. Competition starts at 8am and will continue until 8pm. Break times will be given.
