The Ice Bowl is the first Garage Games Series event in the Midwest region in 2012. It will be a Single Day Event held at Crossfit Green Bay. Check back frequently for news and updates.

Here it is! WOD 1 for the beginner division of The Ice Bowl, with WODs 2 and 3 soon to follow. Rx and Scaled movements will be released before Christmas so you can check those out on your new smartphone Christmas morning.

CrossFit Green Bay is dishing out cash for the top three Rx men and women at The Ice Bowl on January 7. Right now the prizes stand at $500 for 1st place, $150 for 2nd place and $100 for 3rd place. The first event in the 2012 Series is a great place to walk away with some (very) cold hard cash.
