Hit the OPEN WOD in a an atmosphere that will push you to your limits. Then 2 more team WODs after that in a fun filled brawl. Open Wods will be happening from between 8am and noon. This "team registration" option includes your "Open Wod" registration. Team competition starts at noon. These events will be challenging but toned down a bit from typical events, given we’re just entering into the Open season. Teams of 4, scaled and rx division and the option of a male team, female team, or co-ed team.

Registration: Athletes can register at 9am
Food: All athletes should bring their own food to the event. There are also several grocery stores very close you can shop at. Harris Teeter, Wal-Mart and Food Lion and many restaurants.
Open WOD: Starting time 9:30am.
Team WOD’s Begin 12pm, finish by 5pm.
• Registration for this event is low; therefore, we expect a much shorter time domain.

Garage Games ONE 2013 will be on 2/9-10. I’ll put up registration in a few days. Early bird gets 50% off for the first 50 registrations, 30% for the next 50, 10% for the next 50 (no refunds so be sure).
my promises for 2013
- 3-4 wods that will not mess you up for the OPEN
- individual Saturday & Team Sunday
- 9am start with a 3pm finish
- no awards presented that day (unless i figure out a better way to do scores by 2013)
- loads of fun
- better format for spectating
- special item for doing double day either competing or volunteering or mix.
I am trying to secure an INDOOR location even though so many of you still want OUTDOORS. I’ll let you know what happens here
