WILL YOU BE KING OF THE BEACH? Taking place annually in dowtown Myrtle Beach, The Native Sons Salt Games includes a two-day CrossFit Competition hosted by CrossFit Up Dog. The venue is second to none, located on the boardwalk between 8th and 9th Avenue North -- with the scenic Atlantic Ocean as the background! This year's WODs will not disappoint and will challenge all athletes in every division, as we use our surroundings in ways not experienced in previous years (this DOES NOT include swimming - we will not be doing that). Both Teams and Individuals will compete on May 30 & 31st. The competition will consist of 4 qualifying WODs with the Top 5 - 8 athletes/teams moving on to the Finals (final number depends on the number of competitors in the divisions). Individual Divisions consist of: RX, Masters and Scaled; while Team Divisions consist of: RX and Scaled - M/M, M/F, F/F.
