The 2015 Dirty South Games
Alabaster, Al - Aug 1-2, 2015
A two day competition hosted by CrossFit Alabaster in conjunction with the City of Alabaster. Individuals will compete in four WODs on Saturday and Teams compete Sunday, also in Four WODs. Teams consist of 2 males and 2 females for both Rx and Scaled.
