Team Scream - October 27th

Crossfit 817 welcomes YOU to Keller, Texas for the ultimate Team Compeietion, Team Scream! There will be divisions for your Crossfit Teams: Rx and Scaled . Teams must be Coed and consist of 2 males and 2 females. (each team member must be a member of the same box)

“Bring your Dream Team to the CrossFit 817 Team Scream challenge.  This is a Coed Team event (2 Male / 2 Female) with Rx and Scaled categories.  There will be 3 workouts for each category and we will make use of all 15,000sf of our box!

Be on the lookout for some Halloween Unknowns and Unknowables!”
