2016 Miss/Lou Challenge

Vicksburg, MS - October 22-23, 2016

Who's the best? Mississippi or Louisiana? There will be a day of workouts followed by a Mississippi semi and Louisiana Semi to go to a head-head final between the two states in Scaled, Intermediate, and RX teams. There's also going to be prizes and awards for the box with the most athletes attending and the box with the best overall team scores. Saturday only COMP!! The venue is in the 16,000 sq foot Vicksburg Convention Center. Best of all, the proceeds will go to the Team Kidney foundation!

Keep in mind this is a Fundraiser, all registrations are non-refundable. However substitutions are happily accepted!

Clean, front squat, jerk, back squat, jerk

*athlete must pause at shoulders, after squat. A thruster is not acceptable for the clean to jerk. If you squat clean you must squat again to continue the lift. All cleans & jerks are acceptable.

RX – this is for the athlete that can do it all and really wants a challenge.

Expect all basic CF styled movements plus be proficient in:

Double Unders

INT – this is for the average joe athlete that can do most of it but just hasn’t quite got the weights or technique that the RX’s can do (this is 80% of the CF community)

Scaled – for those who are fairly new and haven’t quite conquered the weight or tech yet
