This will be a single day event with 3 workouts to determine the most bad-ass barbell, gymnast, jump rope exerciser in the South Sound. Cash prizes for the top male and female athletes of the day, as well as top team. Teams are of 2, and can be of any male/female combination.  We’re putting together a sweet prize package that will blow your freaking mind.  You can expect heavy Olympic Lifting, Rope Climbs, Sprints, Kettlebells and Double-Unders. All that plus a few surprises, be ready for anything. Bring your own jump rope, we’ll have some available for those who forget, but they will be beaded and neon pink.
