Survival of the Fittest Rochester
CrossFit Progression brings the famous Survival of the Fittest competition to Minnesota!

Dozens of fast and furious WODs will test every aspect of your fitness. 1v1 action will leave no doubt as to who is the fittest in this double elimination tournament. Stay tuned here and to the Facebook page for updates on WODs and standards.

If the competitor pool grows large enough, the winner will have to endure up to a dozen short WOD’s in order to climb to the top!  This format has become wildly popular in the Southeast, as unique and fun WOD’s are mixed with the classics such as Fran, or 1 round of Helen.  You do not want to miss this event as a competitor, or a spectator!

WOD Area 1: The Jefferson Zone, is based around short, max efforts, in movements you don’t see everyday at your box. If you do, well, your box is awesome! WODs will be released every day.  WOD Area 2 will have variations on our favorite girl WODs and Area 3, well, you’ll find out soon.  Here are two that you will see in Area 1:

All names go in a bucket, two are picked randomly, and then a WOD is picked randomly. You pick the WOD you don’t like, you get ONE pass for the day. Head to Head. Winners advance, losers go until 2 or 3 losses (determined once the entire event size is determined).
