Hosted in the All-American City and the home of Fort Bragg, the Savage Uprising at CrossFit Ferus Haymont is a one-day event designed to test the courage, fortitude, and fitness of competitors. This two-athlete team competition will feature 5 WODs that will require teamwork and hard effort, but not necessarily prior competition experience. All experience levels are encouraged to compete for prizes for the top 3 teams in each division. The divisions include RX Male/Male, RX Female/Female, RX Mixed, Scaled Male/Male, Scaled Female/Female, Scaled Mixed, Masters (40+) Male/Male, Masters (40+) Female/Female, and Masters (40+)
