Salem Slaughterfest

This is a Team ONLY event! Teams will consist of ONE MALE and ONE FEMALE!

A one day coed team competition brought to you by Garage Games and CrossFit Salem! Rx and scaled divisions! Prizes for the top three teams (and they wont be crap!)

To go Rx means you can do classic  workouts (Fran, Helen, Diane, Grace, etc) Rx without scaling or assistance bands. Each partner needs to be able to handle the weights common to these WODs (95/65 thrusters, 135/95 squat cleans, 225/155 deadlifts, etc). One of the two people needs to be able to do all the necessary body weight movements (HSPU, ring dips, pull ups, etc).

Open spots for 60 teams, this is going to be intense!
