Individuals: Rx and Scaled

Teams of 4 (Two Males and Two Females): Rx and Scaled

 

Weights will be medium standard weights (135/95) and the competition will be formatted as a multiple round, bracket style tournament

To compete RX both men and women should be able to perform the following:  Power Snatch of 135/95, Handstand pushups, pull-ups, and double unders.
