It's back again for a third year!! Limited spots are available, so this event is expected to sell out fast and prove to be one of the better events in the Garage Games series.

Limited Registrations

Due to a smaller venue, this year’s Winter Games will have a limited capacity for each division.  Registration will be opening this Saturday, Dec 7th at 9am and this event will sell out fast.

There will be no refunds under any circumstances.

Minimum Movement Requirements

Below is a listing of the movements/weights that should be expected, obviously we didn’t list everything, such as running/rowing which should be anticipated for anyone competing in the “sport of fitness”:

Rx: Both Teams(at least 1 person on the team) and Individual competitors must be able to: Snatch 135/95, Clean and Jerk 135/95, Deadlift 275/185, Bar/Ring Muscle Up, 20/14# Wall Ball, HSPU, DU and other standard RX movements

Scaled: Hand release push ups, Deadlift 185/135, Clean 95/65, Back or Front Squat 95/65, Thruster 65/45 and Toes to Bar (T2B) – T2B would NOT be in high numbers of reps

Yeti: DL 315/225, Clean and Jerk 225/135, Dead Hang Pull up, Backsquat 315/205, Be familiar with KB Clean&Jerk, KB Snatch at 53/35, Farmers carry 95/65 in each hand

Masters: You all seem to know the drill, but be able to complete ALL of the Scaled Movements/Weights, with possibly a bit more weight or higher reps than Scaled and ALSO be able to do Pullups, Double Unders, more RX type movements, within reason.
