CrossFit Milford will again be hosting this epic two day event October 20 and 21st!! A CrossFit community leader, CrossFit Milford is sure to provide an awesome opportunity for both veterans and newbies to the sport of CrossFit compete, test there skills, and challenge themselves!!! This isn’t their first rodeo, and the events at CFM are well attended and popular!. The GG New England Team Throwdown is one of those events back by popular demand!!!

$199 per team of four…. two male, two female, goes to $249 on 9/15…
teams need to final by October 6th!!! You can register and make changes to your team up until this date!!
